Jamal Noorzoy has been selling and developing real estate since 1992 in the Pebble Beach and Carmel markets. He is a 3rd generation realtor, following his grandfather Olsen Haviside, who started the Haviside & Meyer Company in San Francisco in the 1920’s.

Since 2001 Jamal has been the top producer for Alain Pinel Realtors/Carmel and 5th in all of Alain Pinel Realtors. He has consistently ranked in the top 100 realtors in the nation out of approximately 1.2 million others. In representing the seller, Jamal has achieved an excellent record of successfully selling his listings for the highest prices in fast or slow markets and for getting his listings to sell in down markets. Jamal also has an outstanding record of skillfully negotiating the best prices for his Buyers while making sure they acquire the property they desire. Jamal has had experience in every type of transaction from the simplest to the most complicated multiparty transaction. He has represented clients from Fortune 500 companies to celebrities of the entertainment industry. Jamal is a 1987 Graduate of UC Berkeley with a degree in social sciences with an emphasis in social economics and is a member of the Phi Happa Tau Fraternity.

Jamal lives in Pebble Beach with his wife Cece, daughter Austin and son Robert. Jamal has deep roots locally as a 3rd generation Pebble Beach resident and nationally with ancestry dating back to 1632 in Jamestown Virginia. His family is one of a handful; in Pebble Beach that has maintained continuous ownership of the original homestead built by his grandparents in 1925 on 17 mile Dr. Jamal is an avid golfer with an excellent short game, enjoys soccer, baseball, intellectual readings and discussions of national and international issues.
